Kayla Mosby, MPS, currently serves as a Capital & Innovation Analyst at ReFED, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency through data-driven strategies and automation. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Consultant at CohnReznick LLP, where significant improvements in compliance and stakeholder engagement were achieved across teams managing a $5 billion portfolio.
