Andre Tan has worked in customer success and client services for over 4 years. Andre started their career as a Research Assistant at New York University and then transitioned to working in the customer service industry. Andre has worked as a Client Services Associate and a Customer Success Manager before becoming a Customer Success Associate at Refersion. In their previous roles, Andre has helped clients set up and deploy both scheduled and triggered bulk acquisition mailings incorporating dynamic content. Andre has also built and maintained relationships with clients, set and managed client expectations, and helped clients with any questions or concerns they had. As a Customer Success Associate at Refersion, Andre helps clients with anything they need and makes sure they are satisfied with the product.

Andre Tan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from New York University.
