Johanna Barette

Johanna Barette has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources and sales. Johanna is currently serving as the Head of People at Refeyn since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Immunocore from January 2018 to January 2021. From September 2014 to January 2018, they held a similar role at Oxford Innovation.

Johanna also gained experience in recruitment as a Recruitment Advisor at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars from April 2014 to August 2014. Johanna further expanded their skillset by working as a UK Sales Territory Manager at Alere Toxicology Plc from July 2012 to April 2014.

Early in their career, Johanna worked as a Senior Temporaries Recruitment Consultant at Reed Scientific from July 2010 to July 2012.

Johanna Barette completed their undergraduate education at the University of Warwick from 2007 to 2010. During this time, they pursued a Biology degree and achieved a 2:1 BSc. In 2014, Johanna enrolled at Avado and obtained a Foundation Certificate in HR Management, which was at CIPD level 3. Johanna then furthered their education at Avado in 2016 and 2017, where they completed an Intermediate Certificate in HR Management at CIPD level 5, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services.
