Katherine Marrie

Katherine Marrie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in psychology and education. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Refined Technologies since September 2022, Katherine oversees the full recruitment cycle, ensuring compliance with employment laws and cultural alignment. In addition, Katherine has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Houston Christian University since November 2018, teaching various undergraduate psychology courses. With a rich background in school psychology, Katherine held multiple roles at Katy ISD and Brazos ISD from 1996 to 2022, focusing on comprehensive psychological services and intervention strategies, particularly for Autism Spectrum Disorder. Earlier experience includes positions as a Neuropsychological Examiner and a Research Assistant in prominent psychology settings. Katherine holds a Master of Arts in School Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston.
