Kim N. has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. Kim began their career at FROG IT SUPPORT as a Senior IT Support Consultant, where they were responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery and support in client service, logging and closing calls, and working on pastel. Kim then moved to DEVSTREAM in 2008, where they were a Service Centre Operator and was responsible for facilitating the restoration of normal operational service with minimal business impact, receiving calls, and keeping customers informed on request status and progress. In 2012, Kim N. worked as a Shipping Manager (Out Sourced via Trade Cloud) at Ferreiras Decor World, where they were responsible for efficiently sourcing supplies, forecasting inventory requirements, assessing risk, and enforcing procedures. In 2013, they moved to Trade Cloud as a Supply Chain Consultant, where they demonstrated outstanding courtesy and strong interpersonal skills in all key stakeholder and client interactions, and implemented all business-building expectations through efficient and streamlined operations. Kim N. then worked at GTS - Global Trade Solution as a Support Manager from 2016 to 2017, where they managed and co-ordinated efficient and streamlined daily operations to ensure excellent service delivery and enforced SLAs. Finally, Kim N. has been a Customer Service Delivery Manager at Reflaunt since 2022.

Kim N. received a High School Diploma from Apollo Secondary in 2004, after studying English, Afrikaans, Biology, Kim'story, Art, and Business Economics. Kim is currently studying Logistics and Business Management at the University of Johannesburg, with an expected graduation in 2023. Additionally, Kim has obtained seven certifications since 2017, including Business Writing, Communication, Influence and Teams, Finance for Non-Finance Professionals, Leadership and Manager, Project Management, Strategy and Business Models, and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Harley J Associates Ltd in December 2021.
