Makoto Crespin

Makoto Crespin has been working in the hospitality industry since 2008. Makoto began as an Apprentice at Hôtel des Bains & Wellness in 2008, and then moved to Novotel Tour Noire in 2010, where they held the roles of Front Office Receptionist and Assistant Executive Housekeeper. In 2011, they started working at Sofitel Brussels Europe, where they held the role of Front Office Supervisor, and was also the LeClub Ambassador in 2014. In 2016, they moved to Park Hyatt Mallorca, where they were a Guest Service Manager. In 2018, they began working at Pullman Brussels Centre Midi, where they were a Front Office Manager and Acting Front Office Manager. Makoto is currently employed at Reflaunt Pte Ltd, where they hold the roles of Operations Manager and Business Manager in charge of Operations.

Makoto Crespin has attended two educational institutions: EHL and College Saint Michel.
