Scott McShane

Scott McShane is an experienced technology executive currently serving as Executive Manager Technology at Reflections Holiday Parks since May 2023. Previously, Scott held various leadership roles at Life Without Barriers from 2018 to May 2023, including Head of Digital, Innovation and Architecture. Prior to that, Scott worked at nib Group in several capacities, such as Head of Digital - International and Product Owner - Digital, from 2009 to 2016. Scott began their career at Norsk Hydro as Production System Manager from 2007 to 2009. Scott holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Newcastle, earned between 2016 and 2018.
