Emilie Constantineau

Emilie Constantineau, CHRP, PPCC, is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in organizational development and talent management. Currently serving as the Directrice of Talent and Culture at Reflector Entertainment since May 2022, Emilie has previously held key HR roles at Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec, where focus was on public health improvement, and at Morneau Sheppell, specializing in employee assistance and benefits. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Groupe Marcelle and the CSL Group Inc., and providing HR advisory services at SODEC. Emilie's educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal and a coaching certification from Concordia University.
