Reflex Protect
Libby Brunell is an experienced interim COO at Reflex Protect since December 2018 and has been a senior consultant at Cascadia Business Development since February 2016, where responsibilities include advising on succession planning, leadership development, and talent management. Prior to these roles, Libby served in various educational capacities at MCPS from 2002 to 2015, contributing to curriculum development, professional development for staff, and leadership in extracurricular programs such as Speech and Debate. Libby holds two master’s degrees from the University of Montana in Education Administration and Leadership, and Teaching French as a Second or Foreign Language, and is associated with Leadership Missoula, providing a strong educational foundation for a career focused on organizational and leadership excellence.
