Jennifer Stalians

Jennifer Stalians, PHR, currently serves as the VP of HR Strategy, Operations & Technology at Reformation since April 2022. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Sr. Director of HR Strategy and Operations at Theory from March 2020 to January 2022. Jennifer also served as Vice President of People Operations at FULLBEAUTY Brands, overseeing the People Operations function for multiple brands. At Charlotte Russe, Jennifer progressed from Manager to Director of People Operations, where responsibilities included leading HR process solutions and implementing an Applicant Tracking Solution. Earlier career experience includes roles at Gap Inc. as Sr. Manager of Learning and Development and Sr. HR Manager. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University.
