Justin Eck is an experienced fleet manager currently overseeing operations for autonomous delivery robots at Refraction AI since June 2022, where responsibilities include ensuring optimal uptime and mentoring new Fleet Technicians. Prior to this role, Justin served as a Robot Fleet Monitor at Diligent Robotics, managing robotic systems across hospital sites and utilizing Linux OS for technical troubleshooting. Justin's background includes significant experience in robotic welding at RAPTOR Mining Products Inc., where proficiency in various robotic systems was achieved, alongside leading the Overlay Welding department. Justin began working in equipment operation at Stryder Motorfreight, and holds a High School Diploma from Living Waters Christian Academy.
