Kathrin Gielsdorf

Kathrin Gielsdorf serves as the Global Head of People & Culture at Refratechnik Group since July 2023 and has been a member of Konzernaustausch Selbstorganisation since March 2019. With a strong background in human resources, Kathrin held various roles at Sartorius from March 2013 to July 2023, including Global Manager of People and Organization Development and HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes positions at E.ON between July 2003 and March 2013, where responsibilities included HR Business Partner and Leadership Development Manager. Academic qualifications span from a Diplom in Wirtschaftspädagogik from the University of Kassel to various certifications in coaching and supervision, including a recent degree as Systemische Supervisor:in from Systemisches Institut Kassel and professional scrum certifications from Scrum.org.
