Erin Pydlek

Erin Pydlek has extensive experience in procurement and leadership roles. Erin is currently the Director of Procurement at Refresco, where they lead a team responsible for the procurement strategy and execution of sweetener and ingredient categories across Refresco's bottling network. Prior to this, Erin worked as a Director of Procurement at Mark Anthony Brewing Inc, where they built and led a team of procurement professionals for direct materials in a co-manufacturing environment. Erin also worked at Diageo as a Global Procurement Category Manager and at Kraft Foods in various procurement roles, including Senior Procurement Manager, Sourcing Manager, and Senior Sourcing Analyst. Erin started their career as an Inventory Management Intern at Sears Holdings Corporation.

Erin Pydlek attended Purdue University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Management, specializing in Industrial Engineering.
