Rachel Zimomra

Rachel Zimomra is a seasoned professional in the food science industry, currently serving as the Regional Quality Manager for Refresco since April 2021. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Albertsons Companies, where Rachel held positions as Quality Assurance Manager for both the Ice Cream and Milk Plants, as well as Quality Assurance Coordinator for the Ice Cream Plant from May 2016 to April 2021. Prior to that, Rachel served as Quality Assurance Supervisor at Red Gold and gained early experience as a Food Science Pilot Plant Lab Assistant at Purdue University. Rachel's foundation in food science began with a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and included a study abroad experience at Ecole d'Ingenieurs de PURPAN in 2013.
