Nashon McPherson

Nashon McPherson has a strong background in healthcare management and operations. Starting in 2008, they served as the CEO of UHS for two years before transitioning to ResCare in 2010. At ResCare, they held the roles of Executive Director and Regional Director, overseeing various care services and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. In 2019, McPherson joined RHA Health Services, LLC as the Vice President of Operations, responsible for managing operations. In 2022, they joined Refresh Mental Health as the Regional Operations Director for the Southeast region.
