Pete Lombardo

Pete Lombardo has over 28 years of experience in sales and management. Pete currently serves as Vice President of Sales for Midwest and Northeast at RefrigiWear, Inc., a position they have held since 2019. Prior to this, they were Director of Strategic Account Sales at Advanced Testing Laboratory, a role they held from 2018 to 2019. From 1991 to 2018, they were employed at Cintas, where they held various roles, including Key Account Manager, Global Account Manager, General Manager, Sales/Service Manager and Management Trainee. As Key Account Manager, they were responsible for achieving and exceeding portfolio growth objectives, retention and customer satisfaction for a $54MM portfolio of over 40 Fortune 1000 / Private 200 clients. As General Manager, they were responsible for every aspect of the facility, including revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, safety and staffing. As Sales/Service Manager, they were responsible for the development and performance of all sales/service representatives. As Management Trainee, they participated in an extensive, well-structured training program, designed to provide a strong knowledge of all aspects of the business.

Pete Lombardo obtained a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Pete also holds a certification in Excel Essential Training (Office 365) from LinkedIn which they obtained in July 2020.
