Zuzana Michalikova

Zuzana Michalikova is an experienced professional in the non-profit sector with a focus on program development, refugee support, and women's empowerment. Currently serving as Deputy Service Manager at Refuge since May 2022, Zuzana oversees program compliance and assists in funding proposal development. Previously, Zuzana worked at the British Red Cross from January 2019 to May 2022, primarily as a Project Coordinator, where contributions included implementing a new triage system and collaborating with subcontractors on software development. Zuzana has also supported refugee women through digital skills workshops and played a key role in resettling and integrating refugee families, particularly from Syria. Zuzana holds an MA in Gender and Development from the University of Sussex along with a BA (Hons.) in International Relations, Peace and Conflict Studies from London Metropolitan University.
