Clare Sedger

Clare Sedger currently serves as a Refugee and Asylum Seeker Caseworker at the Refugee and Migrant Forum of Essex & London (RAMFEL) since January 2024, bringing a diverse background in project coordination, international staffing, and case management. Previous roles include Project Coordinator at Babel's Blessing Language School and International Staffing Manager at Dineindulge, where Clare led a team managing over 200 dining events weekly while also advocating for social responsibility through engagement with local charities. Additional experience includes working as a Family Reunion Advice Line Project Officer with the British Red Cross, where sensitive client interactions and safeguarding were priorities, and as a Bilingual Office Manager at Deepomatic, overseeing administrative and HR functions as well as event management. Clare holds a Master of Science in Gender and International Relations from the University of Bristol and a Bachelor's Degree in French Studies from The University of London Institute in Paris.
