Patrick Guyer

Patrick Guyer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in impact measurement and evaluation within various organizations. From December 2023 to February 2025, Patrick served as the Director of Impact at RefugePoint. Prior to that role, Patrick held multiple positions at Bopinc, including Impact Measurement & Insights Lead and Impact Measurement Manager, from October 2021 to December 2023. Earlier experiences include serving as an Interim Project Leader and Impact Measurement Specialist at Oxfam Novib from September 2017 to September 2021, Principal Consultant at Chiffrephile Consulting from June 2015 to August 2017, and as interim Director of Research and Evaluation at The Energy Project from June 2015 to March 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Affairs with a focus on Governance and Rights from The New School and an MBA Essentials Certificate from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
