Kevin O'Neal-Smith is an experienced impact strategist and investment analyst currently working at Adasina Social Capital since March 2021, where responsibilities include integrating community-sourced wisdom into investment strategies that align with social justice movements. Prior to this, Kevin held the position of Investments & Treasury Analyst at Sealaska from May 2016 to July 2021, focusing on enhancing the cultural and environmental values of Southeast Alaska. Kevin also served as an Economic Analyst at McKinley Research Group between September 2018 and January 2020, providing insights for various clients across critical Alaskan industries. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management & Economics from Fort Lewis College and has studied at Chiang Mai University.
