Ed Liston has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ed is currently the Head of Retail Partnerships at Refundid since November 2021. In 2020, they co-founded the Incognito Art Show, a not-for-profit organization that raised funds to support artists. At Yieldify, a marketing technology startup, Ed held multiple roles including Sales Manager from January 2015 to November 2021, and Senior Sales Manager from January 2018 to October 2021. In 2020, they also co-founded Rescue Brand. Ed was a co-founder of Betoota Outfitters, a historic Australian retailer, from January 2017 to October 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Operations at Prototype Commercial Furniture from February 2013 to December 2014. Ed started their career as an Intern at M.J. Bale Menswear in 2013 and later worked as a Hotel Manager at Kings on George Hotel, where they also studied. Ed also had a short-term internship at One Big Switch in 2012 and served as a Student Brand Manager at Red Bull in 2010.

Ed Liston attended The Armidale School from 2003 to 2007, earning their High School Certificate (HSC). After completing their secondary education, they went on to study at Charles Sturt University from 2009 to 2012. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications with a specialization in Advertising. In 2013, Ed enrolled in AWARD School, where they furthered their knowledge and skills in Communications, specifically focusing on Advertising.
