Andy Fung

Andy Fung has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Regal Hotels International since May 2016, focusing on the Food and Beverage sector of the hotel industry. Prior to this role, Andy worked as the Human Resources and Administration Officer for Clarks, managing recruitment and employee relations for frontline staff in Hong Kong and Macau. Andy's career also includes a position as Human Resources Manager at Choi Fook Enterprises Wedding Banquet Limited, where responsibilities included leading a team to implement corporate HR functions and managing various administrative tasks for a large restaurant chain. Andy started the professional journey as an Assistant Training Officer at Standard Chartered Bank. Educationally, Andy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Lingnan University and a Higher Diploma in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
