Marco Bajma

Marco Bajma has a diverse and extensive work experience in the culinary industry. Marco started their career as a Sous Chef at English's of Brighton in 2007 and then progressed to become a Senior Sous Chef at myhotels Brighton in 2008. In 2009, they became a Location Executive Chef at companyofcooks. Marco's career then took him to various restaurants in Hong Kong, where they served as a Head Chef at Como Restaurant from 2012 to 2013, Executive Chef at Brio Restaurant from 2013 to 2014, Executive Italian Chef at Spasso Restaurant from 2014 to 2017, Executive Chef at La Taverna Restaurant from 2017 to 2018, and finally as an Executive Chef at 3Italiani from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Marco is working as a Head Chef at Regal Hotels International's Vivace restaurant, bar & Grill, where they specialize in Mediterranean cuisine.

Marco Bajma completed their education in the field of Hospitality Administration/Management. From 1988 to 1993, they attended IPSAR and obtained a degree in Tourism and Hospitality.
