Rachel Williams

Rachel Williams is a dedicated healthcare recruiter and talent acquisition specialist with experience at AMI Network and Regal Medical Group since October 2023. Previously, Rachel served as a regional recruitment advisor for the West Region at Medix™ from June 2021 to October 2023, where roles included recruitment advisor and recruiter for life sciences. Rachel began the journey at the NCAA as a student athlete in women's lacrosse from July 2017 to June 2021, where leadership skills were honed as captain during the senior season and important time management skills were developed through extensive practice and competition commitments. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology obtained from the University of Oregon (2019-2021) and Stony Brook University (2017-2019).
