Saravana P. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Saravana began their career in 1999 as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at India Piston Rings Ltd. After that, they worked as an Oracle Senior Support Analyst at Oracle India from 2003 to 2006. Following this, they joined Wipro Technologies as an Oracle Supply chain consultant, where they served until 2009. Afterwards, they worked as an Oracle Supply chain consultant at Rheem Manufacturing for a short period between 2009 and 2010. Since then, they have held various roles at Regal Beloit Corporation, including Order Management and Logistics Functional Lead, Oracle Supply Chain Architect, Order to Cash IT Manager, IT COE Leader (Order Management/Advanced Pricing/EDI/Quoting/Configurator), and currently Director of Information Technology (Order to Cash & Logistics).

Saravana P. completed the Stanford LEAD Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 2021 to 2022. They also obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, Saravana P. received certifications in "Humble Leadership: The Power of Relationships, Openness, and Trust" from LinkedIn in 2020, as well as in "Introduction to Data Science" from LinkedIn in the same year.
