Steven Houle

Steven Houle has an extensive work experience in supply chain management and procurement. Steven currently holds the position of Vice President - Supply Chain & Strategic Sourcing at Regal Beloit Corporation since October 2021. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Supply Chain Management at Rexnord from April 2016 to October 2021, where they successfully implemented a strategic vision to improve supply chain organization and achieved significant savings. Prior to Rexnord, Steven worked at Eaton, where they held various roles including Director International Procurement Office, Director of SCM - Vehicle Group N.A., Director of SCM - Automotive Americas, Global Supply Chain Manager - SCD & Supercharger, and Global Supply Chain Manager - Specialty Controls. Steven also has experience as a Sales Manager at ATS Automation Tooling Systems, and as the Vice President of Operations and Sales at C.W. Tool & Mold, Inc. Steven began their career as an Analyst and Buyer at Ford Motor Company.

Steven Houle obtained their Executive MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Franciscan University of Steubenville from 1986 to 1990.
