Alyssa Donahue has worked in various customer success and account management roles since 2013. Alyssa began their career as an Athletics Partnership Representative at Lehigh University in 2013. Alyssa then worked as an Account Manager and Sales and Marketing Operations Coordinator at Gameface Media from 2014 to 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Partner Services Account Manager at ownerIQ. Alyssa then moved to Drift, where they held the roles of Customer Success Manager, Manager of Customer Success, Manager of Customer Success Enablement, and Senior Manager of Customer Onboarding Services from 2017 to 2022. Alyssa is currently working as the Director of Customer Success at Regal.io and Director of Collaboration Coaching (Customer Onboarding) and Senior Manager of Collaboration Coaches at MURAL.

Alyssa Donahue graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor in Arts in International Relations and Spanish.
