Deborah Martin has a strong background in customer success and salesforce management. Deborah is currently working as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at RegEd. Prior to this, they held various roles at Salesforce, including Success Manager - Director for Enterprise Accounts in the High Tech industry, Senior Principal Portfolio Success Manager for General Commercial Accounts, and Salesforce.com User Group Leader in Raleigh, NC. Deborah also worked at West Monroe Partners as a Salesforce.com Managing Consultant/Senior Consultant and at First Citizens Bank as a Senior Sales Business Analyst. In each of these positions, Deborah demonstrated their expertise in driving value realization, developing relationships with customers, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Deborah Martin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management and Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Deborah also holds a Certificate of Leadership & Management from Duke Executive Education at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including the Accelerate - Aspiring Leader Program from Salesforce in January 2023, Financial Analysis for Non-Finance Leaders from Duke Executive Education in October 2022, Women Leaders: Elevating Influence & Impact from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business in December 2020, and a Customer Experience Certificate from the University of Houston, C.T.
