Will Gardiner

Will Gardiner is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in designing and developing software products and processes for agricultural and ecological projects. Currently a software engineer at Regen Network Development PBC since January 2024, Will also owns Our Sci LLC, where the focus is on data collection and decision support tools. In addition, Will serves as the founder and software engineer at Cambium, creating tools and data standards for ecological projects and collaborating with Regen Network. Previous roles include co-founding CWI and serving as a software engineer at Procter & Gamble, where Will contributed to solutions architecture for new brand launches. Earlier experiences include positions at Clifton Labs, Etegent Technologies, The Modal Shop, and research at the University of Cincinnati. Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, earned between 2009 and 2014.
