Brittany Festa

Brittany Festa currently serves as a Project Engineer at Regency Construction Services, Inc., a position held since May 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Quality Engineer Co-Op at nVent from April to August 2021 and an Engineering Student position at Kenworth Truck Co. in early 2020, where collaboration with a team of three led to a solution for reducing takt time in the vehicle inspection zone during the Senior Capstone course. Brittany also worked as a Teaching Assistant for Engineering Statistics at Ohio University in late 2019 and was a Sales Associate at Champs Sports from July 2014 to December 2019. Brittany holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in the same field, both from Ohio University.
