Scott Stamper, CR has extensive experience in the restoration industry. Scott began their career in 1991 as the President of Regency Disaster Response Team (DRT) in Michigan, where they focused on construction and restoration projects. In 2000, the company narrowed its scope to exclusively focus on restoration. In 2005, Stamper expanded Regency DRT to South Florida, establishing five locations. Scott continued to serve as President until May 2020.

In 2015, Stamper took on the role of Prior President of TSN, a division of TOMI Environmental Solutions, Inc., where they were responsible for supporting and building the Tomi Service Network of Preferred Service Providers.

Additionally, Stamper has contributed to the restoration industry as a Volunteer Past-President of the Restoration Industry Association from March 2016 to March 2018. In this role, they provided leadership and guidance on the association's strategic plans and goals, working closely with the Executive Director.

Since July 2018, Stamper has served as President of Regency DRT, focusing on the company's continued growth and success.

Scott Stamper, CR has a background in accounting and business/management. Scott attended Wayne State University from 1988 to 1991 and Central Michigan University from 1985 to 1987. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Cousino High School from 1984 to 1985 and Bishop Foley High School from 1982 to 1984. In addition, Stamper has obtained a certification as a Certified Restorer from the Restoration Industry Association in 2004.
