Walter Rule

Walter is the Executive Vice President for Regency Enterprises with 28 years of management experience. Wally is responsible for both overall operations and administration of the company, as well as maintaining international operations and customer relations in Eastern Africa, Nicaragua and Mexico. Wally is active in local charity organizations and youth sports including coaching and managing several teams.
