Jeff Drummond

As the Director of Information Technology, Jeff provides leadership in an ever-changing environment using technology to strengthen and improve the overall guest experience. His diverse technical background includes applications, development, technical support, database management, standards and policy, resource allocation, research, analysis, integration, and implementation.

His team effectively manages network infrastructures, server and computer platforms, enterprise applications and services, development initiatives and technical training, while exploring innovative and efficient processes and solutions in support of our strategic initiatives and improving business processes.

Prior to joining Regency Hotel Management in 2012, Jeff spent 25 years in the Architecture and Engineering industry, providing a wide range of technical responsibilities including systems, process, product development, vendor relationship, and oversight and support services.

Mr. Drummond holds a technology degree from the Phoenix Institute of Technology in Phoenix, AZ.
