After that, they worked as a Graduate Assistant in the Education Department and the Office of International Programs at Clarion University of Pennsylvania. Vincent then joined Regency Integrated Health Services, LLC as a Business Office Manager, where they effectively managed the day-to-day operations of the Windsor Quail Valley Post-Acute Healthcare business office. Vincent implemented billing and collections strategies, improving collections from 83% to 107% within the first four months and reducing Days Sales Outstanding by 9 days.

Vincent later became a Senior Business Office Director at SavaSeniorCare Administrative Services LLC, where they directed the business office operations of the Memorial City Health and Rehabilitation Center. Vincent managed the revenue cycle process and achieved cash collections and bad debt goals.

Most recently, Vincent assumed the role of Regional Accounts Receivable Manager at Regency Integrated Health Services, LLC. Vincent is responsible for managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely completion of patient registration, billing, collections, and claim submissions.

Vincent L. pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at Makerere University from 2005 to 2008. After their undergraduate studies, they furthered their education by enrolling in PennWest Clarion to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management. Vincent successfully completed their MBA program from 2011 to 2013.
