Tania Arguello

Tania Arguello has extensive work experience in the pharmacy industry. Tania started their career as a Staff Pharmacist at UnityPoint Health - Trinity in 2007 and later took on the role of Decentralized Clinical Pharmacist from 2010 to 2012. Tania then became the Rock Island Lead Pharmacist at the same company, where they ensured compliance with regulations and worked closely with clinical staff to provide excellent patient care. Tania also has experience as a Pharmacy Manager at BioScrip, Inc. from 2015 to 2016. Their most recent position was as a Hospital Pharmacist at Select Medical from 2017 to 2020, where they actively participated in patient care rounds, resolved drug therapy problems, and communicated with physicians, nursing staff, and patients on a daily basis. Tania is currently working as the Director of Pharmacy at Regency Hospital Company.

Tania Arguello attended the University of Iowa from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from the College of Pharmacy. Prior to that, they studied at Augustana College from 1998 to 2002, majoring in Biology, General and obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. In addition to their degrees, Tania has obtained certifications including Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPT) from the BPS - Board of Pharmacy Specialties in December 2019 and Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) from the American Heart Association in 2017.
