Cathal Gallagher

Cathal Gallagher is an experienced professional in the life sciences and education sectors, currently serving as the Transparency Solution Owner at Instem since September 2021, while also holding the position of Senior Life Sciences Consultant at d-Wise Technologies, Inc. since March 2014. Cathal has a strong background in creating standardized templates for SDTM, ADaM, and TFL using SAS tools and has experience with Pinnacle 21 for developing Define XML. Additionally, Cathal is a TAG member for the European Medicines Agency and has held leadership roles in PhUSE as a Stream co-Chair. As the CEO and Founder of Algorand Casino since November 2021, Cathal diversifies professional interests. Previous roles include advanced SAS programming and teaching ICT and Maths at the secondary school level. Cathal holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Ulster University and a PGCE in Secondary IT from Canterbury Christ Church University.
