Pratyush Rai Ph.D.

Pratyush Rai PhD, PMP is an accomplished professional in the field of textiles, nanotechnology, and biomedical engineering. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Patient Innovation at Regeneron since December 2022, Pratyush also contributes to the IPC D-70 E-textiles Materials Subcommittee, focusing on developing standards for e-textiles. Prior to this, leadership in research and development of textile-based nanosensor systems occurred at Nanowear Inc. from March 2014 to December 2022. Academic experience includes a role as Research Associate in Electrical Engineering at the University of Arkansas, holding a PhD in Biological Engineering. Pratyush's extensive research background encompasses sensor design for biomedical applications, smart textiles, and nanomaterials synthesis. Educational qualifications include a PhD from the University of Arkansas, a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the same institution, and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
