Kelsie Matta

Kelsie Matta, MSIO, is currently the Director of Human Resources at Regent Park Rehabilitation & Healthcare. Prior to this role, Kelsie worked as a Human Resources Manager at Figeac Aero North America, Inc., and as a Human Resources Operations Specialist at Beechcraft. Kelsie has a Master of Science (M.S.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Wichita State University. Throughout their career, Kelsie has gained extensive experience in various HR functions including payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, training, and policy management.
