Dave Calabrese is currently the SVP Asset Management at Regent Properties. Prior to this, Dave held positions such as First Vice President, Asset Management at CIM, Manager, Asset Management at Western National Group, and Regional Director of Property Management at MKT Community Development. With a strong background in business administration and communications, Dave is responsible for driving revenue improvement efforts, strategic direction, investment planning, budgeting, forecasts, and generating recommendations to optimize the value of assigned assets.
