Joseph T. Clark

Joe serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Regent and assumed the role of interim CEO in 2023.

He has served as an executive officer of several health services companies including Surgical Care Affiliates (“SCA”), HealthMark Partners, Response Oncology and Humana.

In addition to Regent, Joe currently serves on the boards of Ascension Ventures, an investment firm comprised of 13 of the largest health systems in the U.S.; Intuitive Health which operates hybrid emergency departments and urgent care centers; North America Partners in Anesthesia, the largest anesthesia practice in the U.S.; Physician Housecalls which provides homebased primary care to homebound seniors; Women’s Care Enterprises, one of the largest OB/GYN practices in the U.S. He is also an advisor to Caresyntax which is a technology enabled system supporting perioperative services in the U.S. and Europe.
