Jon Guidoboni

Jon Guidoboni currently serves as the Director of Manufacturing at REGENT, having joined the company in May 2023. Previously, Jon held the position of Director of Engineering at Xwing, where the focus was on building a new engineering team and product development within the aviation sector. Jon's career includes significant roles at Blue Origin, where market strategy and product viability were assessed, and as a Co-Founder of Centerline, which aimed to innovate aircraft ground operations. With extensive experience at SpaceX, Jon advanced through multiple engineering roles, managing teams responsible for critical aerospace projects including the Falcon and Dragon programs. Academic credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master's in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, complemented by a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The George Washington University.
