Shadi El Abdallah has a long and varied work experience. From 2011 to 2022, they have worked for several companies, including ESADE Business & Law School, Philips, Delair, Skymetrix Drone Solutions, Krypto Labs, Planck Aerosystems, GE Aviation, Elroy Air, and Volansi. At ESADE Business & Law School, they were an MBA Candidate. At Philips, they were a Commercial Leadership Program - Business Development. At Delair, they were a Business Development Manager. At Skymetrix Drone Solutions, they were the Founder. At Krypto Labs, they were a Startup Mentor. At Planck Aerosystems, they were a Business Development Advisor. At GE Aviation, they were a Director, Military Sales - Middle East & Africa and an Experienced Commercial Leadership Program - Sales. At Elroy Air, they were an Advisor. Finally, at Volansi, they were a Regional Director, Sales and Business Development - Middle East & Africa. Currently, they are a Business Development - Middle East & Africa at REGENT.

Shadi El Abdallah attended Harvard Business School in 2013 for Executive Education - Leadership & Growth Strategy. From 2011 to 2013, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Esade. Shadi also holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Applied Physics from UC San Diego and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering, Photonics from UC San Diego. In February 2019, they obtained a Digital Marketing Fundamentals certification from AstroLabs.
