Bernard Fransen

Bernard Fransen is the Chairman of the Executive Board at Regio College. Prior to this, they were the owner of Fransen en Stolwijk BV, and they have also served as the Voorzitter Raad van Toezicht a.i. at COG, and the Voorzitter Raad van Toezicht at SOG Stichting Onderwijsgeschillen. From January 2014 to December 2018, they were the Voorzitter of the Board at ID College / m.i.v. 1 september 2017 j.l. na fusie met ROC Leiden: MBO Rijnland. Bernard has also served as the Voorzitter Bestuur at Edventure from June 2007 to June 2015, and as the Voorzitter College van Bestuur at ROC Midden Nederland from June 2004 to June 2009.

Dr. Bernard Fransen has a Doctorate in business studies/management science from Utrecht University. Bernard also holds a Master of Science (MSc) in the same field from the same school.
