Tim Weale

Tim Weale is an experienced professional in strategic partnerships, sustainability, and project management, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Partnerships & Delivery, Head of New Business, and Head of Sustainability at Region Group since March 2021. Additionally, Tim founded Disruptive Retail Pty Ltd in December 2020. Previous roles include National Manager at Mirvac Retail Solutions and positions at Scentre Group, Watpac Limited, and St Hilliers, showcasing expertise in capital projects and tenancy coordination. Tim's early career includes experience as a Project Engineer and Air Crewman with CPB Contractors, CHC Helicopter, and the Australian Army. Tim holds a CoRE degree in Accounting and Finance from Harvard University and a degree in Construction Project Management from the University of Technology Sydney.
