Andra Prems

Andra Prems is currently the Internal Communications Manager at North Estonia Medical Centre since May 2019. Prior to this role, Andra worked as a Marketing and Communications Specialist and Secretary of Studies at Tallinn Health Care College from December 2014 to May 2019. Andra holds a Master's Degree in Communication from Tallinn University, earned from 2016 to 2019, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, obtained between 2011 and 2014. Andra completed high school at Tallinn French School from 2000 to 2011.
