Imbi Kivi-Sild

Imbi Kivi-Sild has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Imbi is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Estonian Air Navigation Services, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this, they were the CIO at North Estonia Medical Centre starting from July 2017.

In the Ministry of Social Affairs, Imbi held the position of Head of Digital Development Department from January 2016 to May 2017. Their role involved creating the necessary conditions for the development of public services and leading service development projects.

From January 2013 to December 2015, Imbi worked as the CIO for Estonian Road Administration, where they were responsible for information technology management.

Earlier in their career, Imbi held various roles at Eesti Energia, including Head of Elektrilevi IT Development from March 2009 to January 2013, and they also served as the main user of the Dispatch Management System from August 2005 to March 2009.

Imbi Kivi-Sild holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from TalTech - Tallinn University of Technology, which they attained from 2014 to 2018. Prior to this, they pursued another Master's degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Tallinna Ülikool, completed between 2005 and 2007. Imbi's educational journey is ongoing as they are currently enrolled in the Liidri arenguprogramm (Leadership Development Program) at Estonian Business School, starting in 2022.
