Madison Godawa

She graduated college from St. Norbert College in Green Bay with a degree in Business Administration and Economics. Madison has a background in insurance claims and support, she has joined Reach as the Director of Human Resources where she can commit her talents to more fulfilling pursuits. As the HR Director Madison manages several aspects of everyday functions here at Reach, such as recruitment, onboarding, and much more. Madison moved to Eau Claire in 2021 and has a home on the west side with her Fiancé. She is happily joining the fold of this community as she continues to put down roots.
