Celia Muregerera

Celia Muregerera is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Regional Group since October 2023, Celia previously held positions such as People Manager at Martello Technologies and Human Resources Manager at BDP Quadrangle, overseeing HR functions across North America and Peru. With expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and diversity initiatives, Celia has co-led diversity committees, managed HR data analytics, and facilitated training for staff development. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Science Honours in Workplace Change and Labour Law and a BSocSci in Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management, both from the University of Cape Town.
