Srilakshmi Vemulakonda has a vast amount of experience in the medical field. Srilakshmi began their career at Loma Linda University Medical Center in 2007, where they served as a Fellow in Pulmonary Critical Care until 2010. In 2013, Srilakshmi joined Regional Medical Center of San Jose, taking on the roles of Medical Director, Respiratory Therapy, and Section Chair, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. Srilakshmi continued their career at Good Samaritan Hospital in 2019 as a Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician.
Srilakshmi Vemulakonda completed their education at Armed Forces Medical College from 1996 to 2001, obtaining a MB,BS degree in Medicine. Srilakshmi has also obtained several certifications, including Diplomat in Neurocritical Care Medicine from the United Council for Neurologic Subspecialties in December 2013, Diplomat in Critical Care Medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine in October 2010, Diplomat in Pulmonary Medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine in August 2009, and a Diplomat from the American Board of Internal Medicine in August 2008.
