Paul Schweiger

Paul Schweiger, MSML, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Regional Rail, LLC since March 2023. Previous roles include Human Resources Business Partner at Mayzon from February 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included supporting a large manufacturing facility, and at Chemring Countermeasures USA from January 2020 to February 2021. Paul also held the position of Human Resources Director at Cadia Healthcare from September 2012 to December 2019. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Business Management and Leadership with a focus on Human Resources Development from Western Governors University, a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the same institution, and an Associate of Science in Business Management/Leadership from Cecil College. Additional studies were completed at the University of Delaware, earning an Associate of Science in General Studies.
